What was your favourite subject at school?
French

What was your best subject at school?
French again!

What was your first-ever job?
Woolworths Saturday girl

What was your worst ever job?
Data entry – keying in sales reps’ time sheets. Extremely repetitive and dull!

What was the first music single you bought?
Well I was pretty cool, so probably Take That 😛

What is the most entrepreneurial thing you have ever done?
When I was about 10, I sold cherries from our cherry tree to passers-by in my front garden

What is your motto in life?
Everything happens for a reason

If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be?
To eat whatever I want and not gain weight

What’s your favourite movie and why?
Perfect Pitch…I love ‘Fat Amy’.

If you could pick a celebrity to join the agency who would it be and why?
Michael Mcintyre – he’d have me in fits of laughter all day!

What luxury would you have on your desert island?
My Kindle

What animal best reflects your personality and why?
A sheep according to one of those personality tests

If you could be anybody in the world (alive or dead) who would you be and why?
No idea, probably myself but much younger, stress/worry-free!

Beautiful on the inside As a kid of the 70s, when odd shaped veg was all the rage – whether it be a record breaking marrow, a Siamese carrot or cress hair which grew out of an egg-shell – I’m delighted to see our ‘should-be’ politician/chef Jamie Oliver and his mate Jimmy the farmer campaigning for wonky veg to be sold in our supermarkets!

For those of you who didn’t watch their new Channel 4 programme ‘Friday Night Feast’, then good on you for doing something more exciting than watching TV on a Friday night, but get on catch-up and watch the masters at work. They’ve already convinced Asda to trial ‘Beautiful on the Inside’ – a range of ugly produce sold at a 30% discount.

With January renowned for being a ‘tightening of the belt’ month, get yourself down to your local Asda and indulge in as much old-fashioned odd shaped veg as you can shake a wonky stick at 🙂

Alternative CV – Chloe Roper

What was your favourite subject at school?
I loved History, and Media Studies, but I would probably settle on English Literature because the love is ongoing.

What was your best subject at school?
Media Studies.

What was your first-ever job?
Working as a Saturday girl in a Wedding Dress shop. Most girls dream job I am sure!

What was your worst ever job?
Honestly, I don’t think I have had any jobs I didn’t like for one reason or another. I had a Saturday job at WH Smith while I was at University which was the only one I didn’t really enjoy – it was an early shift doing the papers, which after a Friday night out at the University bar was never a fun wake up call.

What was the first music single you bought?
On tape, Aqua- Dr Jones. On CD, Semisonic – Secret Smile.

What is the most entrepreneurial thing you have ever done?
When my friend and I were about 14, we baked cakes every weekend to sell at our church on Sunday. We noticed those hungry adults in search of a sugar fix after a long service, half-heartedly munching on ‘Nice’ biscuits at coffee time and saw our market.

What is your motto in life?
Not sure I have one, but something often quoted over the last few years is “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” Also the genius of John Hughes “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be?
To time travel. In the Tardis. With the Doctor.

What’s your favourite movie and why?
I love film, so this is always an impossible question, I can’t even nail down a top ten! Favourites include.. Lord of the Rings, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Lars and the Real Girl, Once Upon a Time in the West, The Intouchables, It’s a Wonderful Life, Unforgiven, Groundhog Day, Rear Window … it goes on and on and I know I will beat myself up later for ones not mentioned!

If you could pick a celebrity to join the agency who would it be and why?
Victoria Coren-Mitchell. A great writer, creative, witty, and smart. I just want to be her friend.

What luxury would you have on your desert island?
A Kindle with Unlimited Wifi Access.

What animal best reflects your personality and why?
Difficult, but I will go with a Baby Deer. Big eyed, a bit skittish, but quite playful when comfortable.

If you could be anybody in the world (alive or dead) who would you be and why?
Audrey Hepburn, because she is perfection, or David Bowie because he is David Bowie.

Textiles

What was your best subject at school?

Waitressing

What was your worst ever job?
Waitressing, the chef nearly reduced me to tears when I smashed a plate

Westlife – Uptown Girl (safe to say I could still listen to Westlife all day)

What is the most entrepreneurial thing you have ever done?
Making perfume from crushed flowers and trying to sell it to my friends in primary school

What is your motto in life?
Learn from your past and build for your future

If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be?
A bank card that has endless amounts of money on

What’s your favourite movie and why?
Bridget Jones, I can relate to the situations she gets herself in

If you could pick a celebrity to join the agency who would it be and why?
Leonardo DiCaprio so I could stare at him all day

What luxury would you have on your desert island?
A chef to cook for me, along with some bottles of wine

What animal best reflects your personality and why?
Probably a Chihuahua, I’m small but can definitely be heard

Coco Chanel, I would have all of the most amazing handbags

Alternative CV – Lucy Flew

What was your favourite subject at school?
Media Studies

What was your best subject at school?
English and Media Studies

What was your first-ever job?
A paper round

What was your worst ever job?
Probably the same paper round. Not only did I have to deliver the newspapers, I also had to put all the leaflets and supplements in them one by one. All for about £2 an hour.

What was the first music single you bought?
I think it was All Saints – I Know Where It’s At. Or it could have been something even more embarrassing like Boyzone.

What is the most entrepreneurial thing you have ever done?
Probably outsourcing the paper round to other children but keeping the money!

What is your motto in life?
Everything works out ok in the end – if it isn’t ok yet, it’s not the end.

If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be?
Unlimited holidays

What’s your favourite movie and why?
There are so many, it depends what mood I’m in! Man on Fire is brilliant, Super Bad is hilarious and The Notebook is the ultimate tearjerker.

If you could pick a celebrity to join the agency who would it be and why?
Peter Kay – always good to have a bit of humour in the office

What luxury would you have on your desert island?
Aside from the obvious friends/family I’d have to have a fully loaded Kindle – I am a massive bookworm but don’t have as much time as I’d like to read. On a desert island I’d have all the time in the world!

What animal best reflects your personality and why?
Dog – friendly, loyal, enthusiastic, love going for walks!

If you could be anybody in the world (alive or dead) who would you be and why?
Beyonce – what a life.
