1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Supermalt UK Ltd (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is only open to independent and convenience retailers operating in the UK. Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

3. How to Enter

All entries must be received by 26.10.25. Only one entry per store is permitted.

4. Prize
The total prize fund for the giveaway is £624, awarded as follows:

• Headline winner: 42 x 4 packs (330ml) worth £336 at the suggested RRP of £8, plus POS materials.
• Two runners-up: Each receives 18 x 4 packs (330ml) worth £144 at the suggested RRP of £8, plus POS materials.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

5. Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter in a fair and transparent process. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notification
Winners will be notified directly via the contact details provided in their entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity
By entering the giveaway, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity as requested by the Promoter, including having their store name and entry potentially published in Convenience Store or on Supermalt channels.

8. Data Protection
Personal data provided in entries will be collected and processed by Jellybean Creative Solutions on behalf of the Promoter solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting winners, in compliance with UK data protection legislation (including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Data will not be shared with any other third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment or publicity and will be securely deleted once the promotion is complete.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting a prize.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
