Short Terms and Conditions

The closing date for the People’s Choice Award will be 11:59 on 20/12/2024. This will be based on counting social analytics on @jellybeanagency on Instagram, and @jellybeanagency on TikTok. Specifically, the sandwich with the highest number of Likes, Comments and Saves.
The value of the People’s Choice Award will be a £250 donation.

Full Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter: Jellybean Creative Ltd, Ground Floor, 15-17 The Crescent, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8DY

1. The prizes are:
– 1 x £500 donation to 1 x nominated charity – Overall winner chosen by judges
– 1 x £250 donation to 1 x nominated charity – People’s Choice winner (see point 5ii for criteria)
– 2 x £100 donation to 2 x nominated charities – Chosen as ‘Best Taste’ & ‘Most Creative’ by judges
– £50 donation to all nominated charities who do not win any of the above
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Limited to six charities only. (The Dogs Trust, Hospitality Action, Grocery Aid, Foal Farm Rescue Centre, Cats Protection and FareShare UK). As selected by jellybean employees as their nominated charities.
4. The winners will be selected by the following process.
i) 1 x overall winner, donating money to the value of £500 will be chosen by judges of the jellybean Great Christmas Sandwich Off, Neil Brenson and Christian Stevenson, aka DJ BBQ.
ii) 1 x People’s Choice Winner, donating money to the value of £250 will be chosen by the jellybean audience. This will be based on counting social analytics on @jellybeanagency on Instagram, and @jellybeanagency on TikTok. Specifically the sandwich with the highest number of Likes, Comments and Saves.
iii) 2x winners, donating money to the value of £100 each will be chosen by judges of the jellybean Great Christmas Sandwich Off, Neil Brenson and Christian Stevenson, aka DJ BBQ.
iv) The remaining charities, nominated as part of the jellybean Great Christmas Sandwich Off will receive a monetary donation to the value of £50 each. Each donation will be made from the Finance Office at Jellybean Creative Agency, within 4 weeks of the closing date as stated above.
5. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating and entering in the free bundle giveaway promotion.
6. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure of any third party to fulfil its contractual obligations although the Promoter shall try to minimise the effect of such failures.
7. The Promoter will not enter into communication regarding non fulfilment.
8. Competition will end on 11:59 on 20/12/2024
9. Donations to each nominated charity will be made within 4 weeks following the closing date stated above.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions. The amended version will in that case be published on the website. If an amendment or addition significantly affects the rights or obligations of the Customer, the Promoter will notify the Customer of the amended terms and conditions.
12. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law.
13. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
