Full Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility

1. Open to bona fide foodservice Professionals, resident in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the “Promoter”, their agents or anyone connected with the administration of this promotion.

2. No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will be included in the final draw.

Promotional Period

3. Competition opens on 11/04/19 and entries close at midnight on 15/04/19.

How to enter

4. Entries will only be accepted by either retweeting and @ mentioning a friend on Twitter or liking and @ mentioning a friend on Instagram between 11th April 2019 and midnight on 15th April 2019.

5. All entries need to be contactable to arrange delivery.

6. Winner will be chosen at random from all entries via Twitter and Instagram.

7. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

8. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless you give the Promoter permission to contact you. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Prize

9. One Easter hamper prize to be given away worth over £80 including: 1 x Fortnum & Mason Hot Cross Bun Shortbread, 1 x Greenlife Divine Limited Edition Hot Cross Bun Milk Chocolate, 1 x The Cake Nest Hot Cross Bun Truffles, 1 x Waitrose Hot Cross Bun Choc Orange Flavour, 1 x Waitrose Hot Cross Buns Apple and Cinnamon Flavour and the main gift 1 x Saintsbury Pinot Noir.

10. The winner will be provided with 1 x Easter hamper. This will be delivered in one go at a time arranged between Jellybean Creative and the winner.

Winner Notification

11. The winner will be notified via Twitter or Instagram no later than midday on the 16th April 2019.

12. To claim their prize, the winner will be asked to provide their contact number and delivery address when direct messaged via Instagram or Twitter by @JellybeanAgency.

13. The promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner if the chosen winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of notification through reasonable means.

14. The prize will be arranged by Jellybean Creative and the prize winner.

15. The promoter will not be held responsible for the prize not being received, as it will be sent with full tracking details to the address supplied directly by the winner.
