Boyds Brasserie embarked upon a complete re-imagining of their flagship restaurant and bar. The vision was to create a menu based around locally sourced, British ingredients with a menu of charcuterie, fantastic steaks and fine wines. A dramatic change to the already opulent dining room saw the introduction of a copper topped bar and dried meat counter – with the name changing to ‘Boyds Grill and Wine Bar’. We were approached to look after the online presence, bringing the concept to life via a new and engaging website and crucially driving diners to book!
