As a leading marketing agency, we are always on the look-out for opportunities to help the hospitality industry. This year, we are thrilled to be partnering up with The Restaurant Show for its ground-breaking initiative to raise money for Hospitality Action.

From October 2nd to 4th, The Restaurant Show (Olympia, London) is set to make history, bringing chefs from across the UK together for a purpose that goes beyond the kitchen. This year, the show is pledging to donate £10 to Hospitality Action for every chef who attends the event while proudly wearing their iconic whites – in a bid to amass the biggest brigade of chefs seen anywhere in 2023.

We’re proud to have worked on behalf of Hospitality Action for many years, in fact, our MD is a Hospitality Action Ambassador.  The charity continues to support the sector by awarding over 10,000 hardship grants since 2020 alone, as well as providing advice and support to those in most in need. But if raising money for charity isn’t reason enough to attend, The Restaurant Show will also be introducing several innovative zones for 2023, making it the show for chefs.

  1. Chefs’ Ingredients

In the Chefs’ Ingredients zone, chefs are invited to explore a world of culinary delights, from exquisite flavours to innovative techniques and the finest ingredients. Where creativity knows no bounds.

  1. Chefs’ Live Theatre

Chefs’ Live Theatre is the place to be. Those in attendance will benefit from first-hand advice and inspiration from many of their esteemed peers, with the likes of Tommy Banks, Philli Armitage-Mattin and Gareth Ward set to deliver demos, panel discussions and mentoring sessions.

  1. Bar & Drinks Zone

For those passionate about mixology and beverages, the Bar & Drinks zone is for you. Industry experts will share the latest trends, techniques, and insights in the ever-evolving world of beverages.

  1. Restaurant Live

New for 2023, The Restaurant Show is introducing an additional content theatre, Restaurant Live, allowing visitors to have access to data, insight, panels, presentations, demonstrations, and workshops, delivered by industry leaders, covering the latest trends impacting the UK hospitality market.

Cyrus Todiwala OBE DL, Chef Proprietor and Hospitality Action Patron, said: “It’s been an incredibly tough few years for so many individuals in our industry and an initiative like this, championed by The Restaurant Show, is exactly the kind of support Hospitality Action needs right now so it can continue to offer vital funding to our community. Chefs – have a day off in your whites this October and I’ll see you at the show!”

Andrew Reed, Managing Director – Wine & Exhibitions, William Reed, added: “I’m thrilled that we’ve partnered with Hospitality Action and that we’re able to support the fantastic work they do for our industry. We know chefs come to The Restaurant Show in their droves and so we’ve made the format as simple as we can: this year, wear your whites for Hospitality Action and we’ll donate £10 on your behalf to this very worthwhile charity.”
