Tilda Chef At Home
From Special Fried Rice, to Mango Rice Pudding. From Asia to Britain. From The Alchemist to Cyrus Todiwala. It is safe to say that Tilda Chef At Home has exceeded all of our expectations…
From the comfort of all our homes, we have shared exquisite recipes to inspire an industry that has been hit the hardest. Amid these uncertain times, Tilda has been able to connect chefs, consumers, foodies, and restaurants together, to support and lift one another to the highest of peaks. Our love for food and Tilda Rice has created a community of industry experts and brought light amidst the darkness.
We have been to the land of cultures and spices one week, then over to ‘The Smiling Coast’ the next. We have dipped our toes in the dazzling Portuguese oceans, whilst laying in the sandy coves. The jewel of Southeast Asia is next on our agenda then back home to the UK we will go. For a world unable to travel, we have explored more than we will ever know.
Vegan, Vegetarian, Free-From, we have tried it all. With just the ingredients we have found in our kitchen cupboards we have created divine, quick and easy meals to delight all. With rice as the core ingredient, we have explored the endless possibilities of Tilda rice, such as, Easy Cook Long Grain Rice, Jasmine Rice, Pure Basmati Rice and Arborio Rice
Not only have we tasted the delicate combinations of Lime and Elderflower, we have played around with cumin, ginger, and garlic. Creating dishes that are bursting with flavours, aromas and nostalgia all from the comfort of our own homes. We have liked, retweeted, and replied with uplifting words of encouragement, excited chefs refreshing their timelines, waiting for their moment to shine.
The most exciting thing about all of this, its only just getting started! Make sure you are following @TildaChef on Twitter to be part of the action.
