Nothing says December like an extravagant festive knit. Sequins galore, Fair Isle in abundance and garish colours can mean only one thing: Christmas is on its way.

But sporting a festive woolly is not simply about getting in the Christmas spirit, it’s also a chance to support a very worthwhile cause: Save the Children. Every year on a day in December the charity asks people all over the country to wear their wackiest jumper and donate to help save children’s lives.

Never ones to say no to Christmas tradition (or a good cause), this year we decided to go all out by creating our very own, exclusive Jellybean Christmas Jumper to support their work and spread a little Christmas cheer on Friday 16th December.

Beans turned elves for one day only and sent out over 100 of our signature jumpers with one simple request: tweet us a picture in all your finery and for every picture we receive we will donate £5 to Save the Children.*

Of course, Christmas wouldn’t be complete without a quiz and so to complete our fundraising for 2016 we are asking everyone to get their thinking caps on for ‘The 12 Days of Quizmas’! For every unique attempt at the quiz (and regardless of score) we will donate 50p to industry charities Hospitality Action and The Springboard Charity and for the lucky winner a bottle of Laurent Perrier Rosé Champagne lies in wait.^ Enter here for your chance to win!

Christmas is arguably the busiest time of year for the foodservice industry but between events, awards, and those last-minute orders please do get tweeting and quizzing for three very good causes and of course, have a very #JellyChristmas!
