The Challenge
Engage consumers with the brand, drive trial of new products and gain key insights into how the products are used.

The Solution
An online competition asking consumers to tell us about their Moy Park Moment. Each entry received a money-off voucher for one of the new products. The 5 finalists were put to the public vote and the winner received €5000 and appeared in marketing material including on pack, in print and online advertising. The campaign used social networking sites including Facebook and Twitter to engage with consumers and drive entries and voting.

The Campaign Success
The competition received over 2500 consumer entries and 1500 people voted for their favourite finalist. The registered users database for the brand now stands at almost 8000 and the data from the 'moment' has helped drive NPD, sales and marketing strategy.

The Challenge
To drive sales of Viva Flavoured Milk into secondary schools.

The Solution
An integrated campaign including web, POS, PR, e-marketing, advertising, exhibition communications and a promotion with great prizes! Aimed at pupils aged 12-18, The Viva Daily Win offers a free prize draw every school day whereby pupils go online to enter a unique pack code to win an iPod shuffle. The promotion was originally used to relaunch the range's new packaging in 2010 and it proved so successful it was repeated in 2011 with the addition of a 'new school bonus' where any school that generates over 50 entries receives £100 in sports equipment vouchers. Plus, to celebrate National School Meals Week the school who had the most valid entries during this particular week won an iPad2.

The Results
Over 100 schools have got involved during 2011 alone, generating over 2,000 entries to date. The promotion has been a successful 'door opener' for Pritchitts' sales force and has resulted in additional listings with LEA's and a corresponding uplift in sales driven by the pullthrough effect of the promotion.

Amazon Promotion

The Challenge
To create a high impact, rich sales promotion to drive loyalty among existing customers and encourage new users to trial Tilda rice. The promotion needed to be relevant to and work across all foodservice customer sectors and have a simple redemption process.

The Solution
Give away a free £5 amazon.co.uk voucher on-pack via 42,000 bags of Tilda rice. The promotion was communicated using an on-pack sticker and in-pack flyer routing the caterer to a dedicated section on the Tilda foodservice website. Caterers simply registered and redeemed their unique reference number (URN) printed on the in pack flyer. This unique reference number was automatically checked against a database of URNs and once validated delivers a £5 amazon.co.uk code from a back end database and displays to the caterer within seconds. The code is also sent to the caterer on email so they can use straight away or at a later date.

The Campaign Success
The promotion was a huge success with Tilda customers benefiting from over £70,000 worth of Amazon vouchers! The campaign exceeded expectations, improving customer loyalty and driving new users to the brand, with almost 1,200 caterers signing up to receive information on Tilda products and promotions.

The website was an invaluable tool. Thanks to the systems capability any code queries could be solved quickly keeping the promotion running smoothly.
