When the call came in to get involved in a project with the one and only Marco Pierre White, you can imagine our excitement!
The brief was to capture this chef legend talking about his lifelong love affair with Bonnet, the world-renowned cooking brand from Hobart Cooking Solutions.
Marco (as we were calling him by the end of the shoot!) was a true professional regaling us with stories from his 35 years in professional kitchens, winning 3 Michelin stars along the way and running numerous celebrated restaurants.
As well as being a foodie genius he has an eye for good equipment apportioning a significant amount of his success at Harvey’s to his much loved Maestro Suite, which, he assured us, helped him on his journey to become the youngest ever chef with 3 Michelin stars.
Marco’s newest restaurant venture promise diners a fine dining experience cooked using the best quality equipment including the new Bonnet Precijet Combination Oven.
