Following on from last week’s look at the impact packaging can have on your diet, someone has developed a new app: Can I Eat It, to avoid the pitfalls.

Launching next week; Can I Eat It holds the ethical, nutritional, religious and special dietary details of over 50,000 products found on supermarket shelves. Users just need to set their own dietary preferences, sex and age and the Can I Eat It app will give you a thumbs up or thumbs down on whether you can have it.  Genius!
