One of the benefits of working in the foodservice industry is that it is essential that one eats out on a regular basis – whether it is grabbing something quick and nutritious (guilt free option) on the go or having a real dining experience (full of guilt option) in one of the best restaurants our great country has to offer. I am particularly looking forward to next Tuesday 29th March when I will be attending Bistro Bruno Loubet in London because I can legitimately combine my love of food with my pledge to support the industry’s leading charity Hospitality Action.
The event is sold out which is not surprising when you think that HA Patron and celebrated chef, Raymond Blanc will join Bruno Loubet in the kitchen at his award winning Bistrot Bruno Loubet for an exclusive evening in aid of Hospitality Action. Raymond and Bruno will be cooking a very special menu and I am looking forward to all four courses together with specially selected wines and champagne. Yum, yum…….
