The Hotel Inspector comes to the Hospitality Show

The Hospitality Show (24-26 Jan) at the NEC Birmingham, kicked off today and it’s been a busy day for Jellybean managing the press office. As the first day draws to a close the highlight for me had to be seeing The Hotel Inspector, Alex Polizzi who was on hand to offer loads of advice on setting up and running a successful hotel or B&B.

The best advice from Alex is to focus on giving value – offering a free newspaper or a drink costs very little from a business perspective but is worth a huge amount of added value to your guests. Your welcome and breakfast is the very first and last impression you can make and don’t forget on getting the three ‘B’s’ right: Bed, Bath and Breakfast!
