The month of May is already upon us and a predicted long and hot summer is fast approaching (hooray!) so there’s no better time to cook up some tasty, healthy dishes using May’s seasonal flavours. British asparagus is in season for just 6 weeks a year, from late April to mid June, so we’ve found some great recipes to take advantage of the unbeatable flavour and freshness of British asparagus while we can!
