Insightful, creative and result orientated, Fiona combines strategic thinking with in-depth insight to ensure our communications are effective at every level. A big driver of the business as well as on the golf course she’s always up for a challenge.

A creative and strategic thinker with 18 years’ experience (15 of them spent at Jellybean) make this bean something of an expert when it comes to food and drink marketing. But when she’s not busy strategizing she likes to relax with a fancy cocktail or two.
Creative Services & Digital Director
Andy provides our clients with digital expertise across the board – whether it be emarketing, CRM, web, social or simply how to get U2 off your iPhone, he’s there. With a background in photography, video, print design, animation and interaction, he’s uniquely positioned to help bring a rich experience to all things online.
Group Account Director - Retail Trade
Our resident retail trade expert and former BBC journalist. Neil is a passionate food and drink marketer who has delivered award-winning integrated campaigns for a heap of leading household brands. Not to mention he’s a hockey player extraordinaire with international honours representing Wales in the Masters European and World Cup competitions.
Senior Account Director
Cass has joined Jellybean with a wealth of marketing experience, a passion for all things food related and a keen creative eye. She loves to experience new far flung places, and will always stop en-route to sample the local culinary delights, as well as the odd cocktail.
Senior Account Manager
A foodie with a passion for marketing Laura joined Jellybean as a graduate with a Communications degree. She’s full of great ideas and committed to activating them too and if you ask nicely she’ll even whip you up her signature dish of Jamaican Chicken – yum!
Sporty Bec is just so excited to be at Jellybean with her passion and love for cooking and food gained while travelling the world where she has tried snake in Hong Kong and a particular favourite of hers was horse steak in Malta! She also loves football, golf and skiing and plays netball for a local team. Strangely, she also has an obsession with sandwiches!
With food being her raison d’etre Fran was delighted to become a Bean bringing with her over 10 years’ marketing experience in hospitality, retail and FMCG. She is highly energetic, customer focused, creative and results driven and always keen to try new recipe trends.
Julie left the dizzy heights of travel behind to feed her passion for food & drink marketing. Julie is studious by day, glam by night and a fun and fabulous addition to the bean team.
Chloe arrives at Jellybean with a digital background and a passion for online trends. Along with her obsession with cooking and all things foodie, she feels like she has landed in her ideal job! With a love of film and music, Chloe is also a creative at heart and can often be found drawing, painting, or playing the ukulele, not to forget making cakes for friends – in the shape of everything from Burgers to Dinosaurs!
Junior Account Executive
Alex joins us with a degree in Marketing under her belt (and some previous work experience at Jellybean HQ). A keen volunteer for Girlguiding and a lover of all things foodie, Alex can often be found roasting smores on an open fire.
A recent graduate in Neuroscience, Jess joined Jellybean for work experience over summer and enjoyed her time here so much that she has now joined us permanently. A keen baker and workout fanatic, Jess is most often found in either the kitchen or the gym!
With 20 years PR experience under her belt, most of which in FMCG, Sam looks after the PR team and is always on hand to advise, organise and brainstorm new ideas. When not out enjoying herself, she can be found watching football, cooking up beetroot or marmite based treats or training for her next sporting goal!
PR Senior Account Director
With an English Literature & Journalism degree, as well as 10 years PR experience, this Celtic Jellybabe is a skilful copywriter and PR project manager. And despite the hours spent writing for clients loves nothing better than to relax with a good book (ideally on the beach).
PR Junior Account Director
Nick has jumped the fence from journalism into the world of PR and brings with him a wealth of industry contacts and knowledge. Combine his passion for food (off-set by his regular 12 mile runs!) with his skills as a writer and you get incisive and inspirational copy.
PR Senior Account Manager
With a love of travel, Lucy has experienced food and drink specialties in all corners of the globe. A graduate with a PR & Communications degree, she started her career in travel PR before moving into foodservice, and now works on PR and social media campaigns with added flavour.
PR Account Executive
A new addition to the PR team, Clare is a graduate with a degree in French and Italian. A hard-worker and creative writer she is keen to make her mark on the world of agency PR and kick-start her career! When she's not at work she’s probably battling the elements on a netball court, or indulging in some cake and a cuppa.

With a love for all things sweet and a calm, positive outlook Mary is a welcome new bean to join the team. She’s young, inquisitive and her fresh approach combined with her top grades and strong work ethic means she is keen to make her mark in the world of PR! Most importantly though, as a fully trained Barista she can make a pretty good cup of jo and keep us all perked up in the office.

With an NVQ in Business and Admin, an ambitious attitude and desire to succeed, Hannah is always ready to take on her next challenge. A self confessed shopaholic with a passion for baking she loves making tasty treats and enjoys relaxing with a good film and a box of Cadbury’s finest.
With his trademark stubble, Leigh is someone that takes an individualistic and imaginative approach to every project. A designer and creative thinker who's always adding some food for thought to any brief this Jellybean is responsible for some of our best work.
Senior Digital Developer
Steve has a head for design (a chin for ‘fun with facial hair’), an eye for coding and an ear for music. With over 20 years creative experience in web development and new media, he works tirelessly to deliver a cutting edge approach to web design and development.
Behind this baby-faced bean is a graphic designer with a fresh, modern, creative approach. Eager to learn and thrive in the agency world Luca loves getting his teeth into a good brief. In his free time Luca enjoys nothing better than a good film or a game or two of badminton.
A true master of the spreadsheet Sue brings her financial wizardry and personal touch to Jellybean’s accounts and data-mining. But get this dark horse away from the calculator and you’ll find her singing her heart out in her local choral society to much critical acclaim!
Our newest & fluffiest addition to the bean team, Whisky the 'mini goldendoodle' may not be our best copywriter or designer, but what he lacks in marketing skills he more than makes up for with his enthusiasm, ingenuity and chewing skills!
